- 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Konafa dough (250 grams for 5~6 people)
- Frying oil
- Nutella
- 1 spoon water
Method:
- Separate the dough to make it loose. If it is so thick, and hard, then add a spoon of water to make it softer and easy to form.
- Using a cookies cutter over a big spoon (or a cooking spoon), fill in some konafa dough inside and push it hardly. Do not put a lot of dough, just enough to make a thin layer.
- Heat some oil in a pan. (enough to cover the konafa in the cutter)
- Place the spoon with the cookies cutter in the oil until it becomes golden in color.
- Repeat the first 3 steps until you have an even number of golden konafa.
- Fill in each two with nutella to create a sandwich-like form
- You can decorate the top of the Konafa with more nutella, wipped creme and/or nuts.
